We all love artist Leeks great comic book style characters... He drove out to artist T.wat's hidden studio to create this little baby... We'll be seeing much more of Leeks in LSD Magazine next year so watch out for images and interview...

Lava Gallery Opening - London
We're excited to announce the opening of LAVA Gallery. After a year spent staging pop up events in temporary locations, we're happy to have somewhere we can call our own. Following the success of the Ashes 57 show in October, we decided that Kingly Court would be a good place for us to open our first permanent art space. We'll be selling originals and prints from our international network of artists. We’ll also be using the gallery as a base from which to to co-ordinate a new series of pop up shows in vacant shops throughout the Soho area.
The grand opening of LAVA Gallery is on Saturday 4th December. Barefoot Wine have kindly offered to sponsor the occasion, so stop by anytime from 2pm onwards to enjoy a glass or two with us.

The Artist formerly known as AK-47 has moved into the field of 'Art Dealer' his brand new character named 'Philip Ignatious Salacious Stein' (P.I.S.S.) is an interesting character to say the least, he is someone you must meet and what better opportunity than his spanking new monthly showcases...
PHILISTINES.. special events are more than just an art exhibition, it features some of P.I.S.S. personal collection including one off exclusives from AK-47 himself and other rare delights from the likes of: Micallef, Paul Insect, Ian Francis, David Walker, Stik, Banksy to name a few.....
These are all limited and numbered pieces holding certificate of provenance (guaranteed genuine) and will be available to the general public for purchase at prices varying from below £100 upwards....
You can expect at Philistines... a lot of surprises including guest appearances and signings from the artists, lots of easy listening music (strictly no banging tunes) just good edgy music, stimulating conversation and generally a good place to meet other like minded fans of the art underground scene.
